Q. How do I contact Seymour’s Fashions and where are you located?
A. You can speak to us by calling 1-415-421-6103 (10 a.m.-5 p.m., Pacific Standard Time) and we are conveniently located in the heart of the Financial District and 2 blocks from Union Square at 211 Sutter St. Suite 701 San Francisco, CA 94108.

Q. Curious about custom-made clothing but concerned about the costs?
A.  For the cost of a good designer suit from a reputable retailer our prices are very competitive, we offer the highest standard of tailoring with only the finest fabrics at very affordable prices.  The prices predominantly depend on the fabric selected.

Q. What is your guarantee?

A. All our garments are made to your specifications. If something is not right, we will make it right. For over 45 years we have stood behind our work.

Q. What type of clothing can you make?
A. Since we are customer clothiers we can make everything you can imagine from suits, jacket, slacks, shirt and tuxedo's. We duplicate the most current fashions or vintage apparel.  We can make most anything for Men and Woman.

Q. What is the difference between ordering clothing from Seymour’s Fashions and buying one from a retail store?
A. Our garments are 100% custom made cut and sewn by hand. Off the rack clothing comes in standard sizes which might not perfectly fit to your body. We make sure your order is 100% to your size and style. Also, our custom clothing has many details which you will not find in fine retailer outlets.

Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. Our minimum order is for shirts only, however if you order a suit, jacket, pant or top coat then we waive the minimum. 

Q. Do you make office or house calls? 
A. Yes we can. Please call us to set up an appointment in the San Francisco Bay Area, if you are out of our area we can talk about options.

Q. What kind of materials do you carry for men's/women's suits and shirting? 
A. Our selection is quite extensive. We carry Wools in varies blends and refinements, in addition to that we also carry Silks, Cashmeres, Linen and Gabardines. Our shirting section boasts of fabrics from Cotton in varies types of refinement including Egyptian, Sea Island Cotton. Along with Pure Silks, Silk Blends, Cotton Blends, and Linen materials.

Q. How often do you receive new fabrics?
A. We update our fabrics every four months. Throughout the year, we will add new designs to our collections.

Q. Do I need to get measured every time I order from Seymour’s Fashions?
A. If your measurements have not changed and you want to keep everything the same, you can order with the exact same measurements as your previous order. We keep all your measurements on file to save the hassle of measuring over and over again.  However we can make any change you want, and we will update your profile as needed.

Q. How long would it take for you to make my new clothes?
A. The usually time is 4 and 6 weeks, but we can work with you needs to get your new clothes made faster if required.

Q. Do you use permanent or removable stays?
A. Our shirts come with unbreakable permanent stays. If you would prefer removable stays, please mention your request when placing your order.

Q. Do you carry any accessories?
A. Yes, we carry a selection of men's ties and cuff links.

Q. Once the clothes are made, how do you deliver them? 
A. We hand deliver all our garments to you. The fitting is done at the time of delivery. All minor alterations needed are part of our service. If you are a repeat customer and request a delivery by a courier or mail, it is available.

Q. Do you do alterations? 
A. Yes, alterations are available to every one of our customers whether the garment is purchased from us or someone else.
